"These guys looked a bit down-at-heel but were dressed in their carnival finest and in good voice, meeting the tourists coming off the Seal Island tour boats at Hout Bay with a charming version of The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Their lead singer definitely knew how to play to the camera too," says the photographer.
