Cape Town rocks to Fatboy Slim
Disappointed English fans streamed into the Cape Town International Convention Centre to lift their spirits, after their team drew 0 - 0 in their match against Algeria at Cape Town Stadium last night.
The CTICC is hosting Africa’s Biggest Football Party for the duration of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™. The party will still feature numerous South African artists such as DJ Fresh and Black Coffee, but the event’s ultimate highlight was definitely when well-known English DJ, Fatboy Slim, performed an uplifting two-hour set from just before midnight.

The large crowd was a good mix of locals and visitors and they were up for some Friday night fun. Fatboy Slim lived up to his reputation as an excellent performer, mixing up a feast of old and new tracks including Right Here, Right Now and Praise You. A light show and entertaining visuals added to the festive atmosphere.
