Cape Town road closures for Cape Argus Cycle Tour on March 13
Numerous roads in and around Cape Town will be closed to accommodate the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour on March 13 and motorists are advised to plan their routes carefully.
Some of these road closures will become effective as early as 04h00 and many roads will remain closed until around 23h00 in the evening. Some of the areas around the city centre directly affected include Sea Point, Green Point, Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay and Woodstock. Outside the city, Cape Peninsula suburbs such as Llandudno, Noordhoek, Hout Bay, Kommetjie, as well as Southern Suburbs such as Mowbray, Tokai, Rondebosch, Newlands and Claremont, will also experience extensive road closures.
Please note that there will also be road closures on Saturday, March 12, which will affect people visiting the Cape Town Foreshore, Green Point, as well as Noordhoek and Hout Bay.

If you plan to attend the race as a spectator, be sure to decide on your preferred viewing points before the event and make arrangements to get there early.
There are numerous modes of public transport in the Cape Town City Centre to assist those who want to get from the starting point toward the finish point, both of which are in the area .
