The Cape Town Festival starts this Saturday, March 19, and it’s set to entertain Capetonians and visitors to Cape Town until Human Rights Day, March 21. Now celebrating its 12th year, the Cape Town Festival, which happens at the Company’s Garden from 12h00 to 20h00 daily on March 19, 20 and 21, will feature a great variety of hot local talent including Jax Panik, Emo Adams and Judith Sephuma. The best part? Entrance is free, mahala, gratis!
Themed “One City, Many Cultures”, the Cape Town Festival’s lineup is appropriately diverse. And the setting is sublime: The city’s most historic garden, with Table Mountain keeping watch, is a great place to relax this weekend.
Here are the acts you can catch over the long weekend:
Saturday, March 19
The Cape Flat Tenors
Nne-Vida (the 2010 winners of eTV’s Popstars)
