Camps Bay tightrope walker – Flickr pic of the day
Antonella says, Camps Bay is a lovely place to go to, no matter the season.
“In spring and summer, Camps Bay offers a relaxing atmosphere, combined with amusement for tourists. With its white beaches, restaurants with sea views and entertainment on the road, it is the preferred place for young and old, and tourists and locals alike.”
Head south from the beaches of Clifton – or north from the buzz of Sea Point – and you’ll discover the chic suburb of Camps Bay. The main drag, Victoria Road, is packed with funky restaurants, trendy pubs and bucket-and-spade shops on one side, with a palm-fringed beach on the other.
