Big smiles at the V&A Waterfront – Flickr pic of the day

This beautiful image of three young girls at the V&A Waterfront was taken by our Cape Town. Live it. Love it. group member Dondi Joseph.

Dondi says, “The little girls were buskers, but hadn’t yet got the courage to get started on their act.

“It was hard to miss their shy smiles and their bright eyes… They were both shy and tickled about being photographed!

“The V&A Waterfront is a photographer’s paradise, teeming with people and great landscapes!” he continues.

“V&A” stands for Victoria and Alfred, after Queen Victoria of England and her youngest son, Alfred, who officially laid the first stones of the harbour in 1860.
