Believe it: Justin Bieber is coming to Cape Town!
Fazielah Williams
Fazielah Williams has lived in and loved her Mother City since birth. Having lived all over the Peninsula during her childhood, she now calls the picturesque City Bowl home and likes nothing more than watching the sun set over Table Bay from the window of her apartment.
A lover of the arts and proud Cape Town fanatic, Fazielah began her writing career by spending many hours as a child conjuring fantastical stories that featured independent heroines from faraway lands who saved the Prince instead. This Capetonian princess has enjoyed stints as a magical arts PRO and TV publicist before finding her calling as a travel writer.
When not waxing lyrical about the Fairest Cape’s most loved attractions and activities and embarking on unexpected adventures, Fazielah can usually be found taking in a show at one of the City’s fabulous theatres.

Baby, baby, believe it because it’s true… the Biebster is coming to the Mother City in 2013.
In a spectacular concert that is sure to set the hearts of many tweens aflutter, multi award-winning pop star Justin Bieber will makes thousands of admirers’ dreams come true by performing live at the Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday May 8, 2013.
The 18-year-old Canadian-born singer (so yes, for the more mature fans amongst us who secretly fancy Justin, he’s legal!) first rose to fame in 2008 with his chart-topping hit, Baby.
From his former floppy hairstyle to his highly publicised relationship (and break-up) with Hollywood starlet Selena Gomez and those cute dimples, Justin has captivated the world’s attention (any guy who can get TV mogul Oprah Winfrey to squeal in delight at seeing him has my respect!).
One surprisingly well-made documentary, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never; three albums and four years later, singer Usher’s protégé has well and truly claimed the spotlight for his own and has developed a grown-up sound that is being well received in hits like As Long As You Love Me and Boyfriend.
Lengthy queues for concert tickets will no doubt soon be lining up all over the city but parents and not-so-secret admirers, can come and buy them at the Cape Town Tourism’s Burg Street Visitor Information Centre’s Computicket kiosk on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 09h00. Our friendly team will Never Say Never to helping you.
