Hugo says: "As an ex-Cape Town citizen, the V&A Waterfront is a very special place to me, it captures the essence of Cape Town and I am drawn to it each year I visit. I have been thinking about this shot in the months leading up to my latest visit to Cape Town. I wanted to capture both Table Mountain and nightlife in the V&A Waterfront."
