An Athlone panorama – Flickr pic of the day
This dramatic panorama, of a view of the Athlone stadium and Table Mountain in the background, was captured by our Cape Town. Live it. Love it. Flickr group member Bruce, aka smee.bruce.
Says Bruce: "The image is a panorama composed of 5 HDR images. Each HDR image is a composite of three bracketed exposures. So 15 images in total ... a little involved, but fun to do.
"I love Athlone – I think it is a very photogenic stadium – a sunset or stormy sky over Table Mountain often makes for an interesting photographic experience."
