Popular with locals and tourists, the Wellness Warehouse serves breakfast for all types, whether they are vegans, banting followers or simply up for anything.

The Helderberg region lies just 40 minutes outside of Cape Town and has something to offer everyone. From hiking, mountain biking and golf to food, wine and some of the Cape’s most beautiful beaches ... all this and more can be found on the slopes of the magnificent Helderberg mountains.

Cape Town just begs to be photographed from every angle. From the beaches to the mountain, the people, the wine farms and, of course, the coffees, the Cape is an Instagrammer’s dream come true. I recently spent a morning at Cape Point and left with more images than I knew what to do with.
