Inspired by Bogota’s Ciclovia and projects in other cities like San Francisco and Jakarta, Open Streets in Observatory will see the usually traffic-congested Lower Main Road collectively transformed from a car-dominated road to a people-friendly public space. -

Amidst a sea of clowns, witches, assorted carnival folk, superheroes and the like, the Facebook Man made quite an impression on the Grand Parade, moments before the Best Dressed Competition was held on the main entertainment stage.
