I’m a city slicker kind of girl every day of the week and Cape Town’s bustling City Centre with its never- ending nightlife and shopping hot spots certainly keeps me entertained but occasionally, I like to escape to the beautiful Cape Winelands for a tasty, relaxing respite…I found that and so much more on a weekend getaway at the gorgeous Wild Clover Farm in Stellenbosch recently.
It’s one of our favourite Spring events here in #lovecapetown: South African National Parks (SANParks), where entry to our city and province’s most gorgeous parks are FREE!

If you ask a young black man to go on a Township tour, the answer you’ll get is usually a NO. ‘I got out of the hood, why do you want to send me back”? That’s the sentiment shared by most young black men such as myself. We aspire for a different reality and one with lavish surroundings at that, you know “the good life”. I’m grossly exaggerating here but you get my persuasion, right?
