And it’s FINALLY here… the creative, the imaginative; the thrilling annual Open Design Festival is now open in Cape Town, our World Design Capital 2014! An eleven day long whirlwind of creativity, the Festival runs from Wednesday 13 to Saturday 23 August, 2014 at various amazing locations around the innovative Mother City, including the iconic City Hall, Gugu S’Thebe Cultural Centre in Langa and the Castle of Good Hope.

Fantastic weather, graceful poses and a nominee for the New7Wonders of Nature ... this stellar combination made for a spectacular photo opportunity for the Genée International Ballet competitors during their visit to Table Mountain on Saturday October 8. Visitors and locals alike were delighted at the sights of the pretty ballerinas posing on top of the Mother City’s majestic attraction.
