This Africa Day, Cape Town’s vibrant locals and visitors will be taking to the streets ... the Opens Streets in Observatory, that is, on Saturday May 25, 2013. Adderley Street has always been the high street of Cape Town. For many it’s the site of nostalgic childhood memories, having been taken to see the Christmas lights.
