Things are about to get colourful in Cape Town with the Holi One Colour Festival on Saturday March 2, 2013. The festival will feature massive explosions of colour as festival-goers throw safe, eco-friendly coloured powder into the air – to a countdown, every hour on the hour – while dancing to slick beats.
