Shootopia Shooting Adventures

Whether you are a novice or a highly skilled huntsman, you can track, stalk and shoot wildlife on our 500 000-hectare conservancy, or practice your shooting on our range with a variety of weapons.

Our hunting trips last from between one to four days. You will be housed in a bush lodge and at the end of your hunt, you will get to keep the game-viewing binoculars you used as a souvenir. Wildlife that can be hunted include a range of buck, zebra, caracal and ostrich.

Our shooting range gives you the opportunity to shoot clay pigeons, Olympic targets and bricks, or you can use a pump-action shotgun to blow up water bottles. Shootopia specialises in training novices how to handle guns, and how to shoot. Our farm is in Grabouw, close enough to the city centre to make a day of it, and far enough to enjoy the feeling of being in the African bushveld.

Dine-with-a-Local is an exciting alternative to eating out in regular Cape Town restaurants and is not only passionate about local cuisine. Our passion also carries through to the visitors received in the culturally diverse South Africa.
