family fun in nature
A warm, country welcome to Imhoff Farm!
Our historical Cape farmstead offers something special for everyone in your family to enjoy. It’s old world, yet original; beautifully situated, yet full of fun; tranquil, yet on the busy tourist route to Cape Point.
Stunning views, first-rate food, organic produce, unique shops, beach rides and animal encounters are just some of the many experiences on offer.
The Farm is open seven days a week with ample, safe parking available. But do browse through the different facilities and activities highlighted on this website, prior to your arrival. Each one is independently owned and operated and has at least one page dedicated to it here. This is also where you’ll find useful information such as opening times and contact details for enquiries about prices, bookings and so on.
Home to some very friendly farm animals – including goats, pigs, sheep, ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and a pony – Higgeldy Piggeldy Farmyard is a fun-filled favourite with visitors to Imhoff.
For centuries, mankind has looked upon climbing, hiking and scaling Table Mountain, our wonder of nature as the ultimate challenges – until the discovery of the exhilarating activity, Abseiling, that is!

Proudly Macassar Pottery is a social enterprise, situated in an old tavern building in Macassar, Cape Town. We use the production of clay UDU drums and flutes to create a space for at-risk youths from the surrounding community to discover themselves and a purposeful, sustainable and economically empowered lifestyle.
