The Wanderer Bed and Breakfast is an elegant, yet relaxed retreat in Somerset West- some like to say its like home away from home with modern chic decor crossed with country ambiance. We treat you as our personal guests. It is a place where you can relax and take time to reflect on your travels.

Whether you plan to sample an array of the wine lands famous wines or to play a round of golf at an award-winning green, whale watching in Hermanus and the tranquillity of our coast-lines-even a day trip to see “the big five” at a nearby Game Reserve- these are just a few inspiring ideas to contemplate while you sit back and relax on the veranda or by the pool whilst enjoying the views over the valley.


The Wanderer Bed and Breakfast offers 2 Guest rooms, both which are fresh, modern and inviting. Both rooms have private verandas and top of the range amenities.

Breakfast at The Wanderer Bed and Breakfast is a memorable experience. You may find yourself sitting on the veranda for hours on end in summer- sipping on a cup of the finest African Roasted coffee and taking in the views- when you had planned to be out exploring more than our beautiful valley has to offer.
