A warm welcome to The Collection by Liz McGrath. I’m sure you will agree that my three Relais and Chateaux Hotels are unique, being situated in the most beautiful and pristine areas of our wonderful Cape, South Africa.

The Plettenberg, overlooking miles of sandy beaches, the Outeniqua Mountains and Formosa Bay. The Cellars Hohenort hugging the slopes of Table Mountain and surrounded by nine and a half acres of gardens, chosen to receive the Relais & Chateaux Garden Trophy for 2010. Then there is The Marine Hermanus, perched on top of the cliffs of Walker Bay, with the finest land based Whale watching in the world.

All 3 properties date back almost 100 years and are filled with memories of their historical past but are very much alive and well suited to this new century.

To crown all this, we offer you understated luxury, with teams of warm caring staff, six exceptional restaurants, including The Greenhouse, chosen to be The Number 1 Restaurant in South Africa for 2011. It is important for you to know that my Collection is dedicated to the ethos of The Relais and Chateaux – Courtesy, Charm, Character, Calm, and Cuisine.

My team and I look forward to welcoming you to an exceptional experience within The Collection by Liz McGrath.
