Although only 20 minutes from the Cape Town City Centre and a short 25 kilometre trip from Cape Town International Airport, Tarragona Lodge seems a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life.The ten spacious and comfortably, tastefully furnished suites that make up the private accommodation of Tarragona Lodge, all have either a balcony overlooking, or patio opening onto, the lush garden, pool and entertainment area. Each spacious unit is equipped with telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, satellite TV reception and built in safes.Mulligans, the cocktail bar at Tarragona Lodge, provides an excellent venue in which to relax, unwind and enjoy sundowners after a hectic day of "relaxation" in and around the Fairest Cape. During the winter months the Tarragona Lodge open hearth fires add to the allure of the accommodations.DIRECTIONS:From Cape Town International Airport:Take the N2 direction Cape Town. Just before Cape Town, exit the N2 and get on the M3, direction Muizenberg/Kirstenbosch (Exit 6). Drive for about 4 kms until the traffic lights and there, turn right and follow the M63 direction Kirstenbosch and Hout Bay. After the circle “Constantia neck”, follow direction Hout Bay and drive down on Main Road for about 4 kms and take the first road on your right : Disa River Road (follow the sign to Tarragona Lodge).From Cape Town city centre:Follow the sign to the cable car for Table Mountain and stay on Kloof neck road which will take you over Camps Bay and then follow the coastal road for about 15kms until you arrive in Hout Bay. Before the traffic light, turn left towards the World of Birds and & continue past the World of Birds. As you continue, look out for a road named Disa River Road which will appear on your right. Just after you pass Disa River Road, you will find Tarragona Lodge on your left.From Chapman’Peak Drive:Stay on Main Road, go straight at the first circle towards the second circle (below Imizamo Yethu). At the second circle, turn left following the directions to the World of Birds, then first on the right (Valley Road). Drive past the World of Birds on your left, & continue until you get to Disa River Road, which will be on your right. Just after you pass Disa River Road, you will find Tarragona Lodge on your left.
