Silver Palms Guesthouse offers its visitors a comfortable, home-away-from-home experience while you explore the beautiful sights and attractions that Cape Town has to offer.The Guesthouse is centrally located at the base of the beautiful Ou Kaapseweg mountain pass, bordering the well-known Silvermine and Cape of Good Hope National Reserves.A few places of interest that surround our beautiful Noordhoek are just a stone-throw away e.g. Chapman's Peak Drive, just 2 mins drive away. So why not pack in a picnic basket and soak up the breathtaking sea views and glorious sunsets. Closeby you will also find a choice of stunning beaches, Kommetjie, Long Beach, Fish Hoek Beach, St James Beach and Muizenberg Beach, where you can enjoy fishing, surfing, taking walks or horse riding.If you prefer a quiet afternoon of browsing, there are several quaint seaside villages nearby, like Hout Bay, Kommetjie, Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and Simon's Town, where you will be entertained by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, art and craft shops, as well as health and beauty salons. Of course, not forgetting about our golf lovers, Steenberg Golf Course is only 6km away, Westlake Golf Course 3 km, Clovelly and Simon's Town Golf courses are approximately 10km from Silver Palms Guesthouse. For the more adventurous visitors, they will be both entertained and challenged by plenty of hiking and Mountain Bike trails on the surrounding mountains.Because Silver Palms Guesthouse is central, access to the M3 to Cape Town City Center, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Gardens or Groot Constantia Wine Farm is just a short drive away.Our roomsAll our tastefully decorated rooms are en-suite and have their own T.V, bar fridge, microwave. Silverpalms has 9 guest rooms and 4 self-catering rooms. There is also a braai (barbeque) area available.Breafast is available on request.Our communityWe at Silver Palms Guest House are also dedicated to uplift the local community. Our approach is to train people to unlock their potential and find out how to become self-supporting, and building a better future for themselves and their families. A proceed from all our rooms supports the local township business start ups.
