With District Six on the doorstep of the Guesthouse, visitors are able to explore this historic locale and the city centre. Cape Malay hospitality and traditional cuisine make for a memorable stay. All food is strictly halaal and the consumption of alcohol is not allowed on the premises. The guesthouse site was declared a National Heritage Site because its three cottages are an adaptation, during Victorian times, of farm cottages that were attached to the Zonnebloem farmhouse.
