We offer cozy accommodation with warm, friendly service in a century old home overlooking False Bay and the historic, naval town of Simon’s Town. Set against the mountain in the quiet suburb of Seaforth, porcupines are frequent nocturnal visitors and guinea fowl roost in the surrounding trees. We are within walking distance of the penguins, Seaforth Beach, restaurants and all the conveniences of the town.
All rooms are very tastefully decorated in a maritime theme and offer the following facilities, bathroom en suite with toiletries, under floor heating, cooling fans, Large flat sat TV, DVD with more than 600 movies to choose from, coffee, tea and home baked cookies, hospitality trays, sherry, fridge, microwave, adaptor plugs for all countries, safe, Wi-Fi and excellent cell phone reception.
A full scrumptious breakfast is served in the dining room, bridge or breakfast deck with stunning views of the mountain and sea. The deck and bridge have telescopes and binoculars for viewing whales, dolphins, kayaks, naval vessels plus all the other activities that take place in the bay.
The tranquil garden has abundant bird life (more than 26 species) which surrounds the pool, Jacuzzi and braai area.
The strong maritime theme throughout the Guest House is particularly noticeable in the “Just Nuisance” pub. This honesty bar which is packed with naval artifacts is for the exclusive use of our guests.

We have 2 mountain bikes available (for rent) for the adventurous guests who like to explore the peninsula and Cape Point. Drop off at Cape Point entrance can be arranged.
