The house represents one of the first farm houses in Greenpoint, dating back to 1889, equipped with the latest of modern interior, set in a beautifully landscaped garden with a sparkling pool. It is gently attached to the lower slopes of Signal Hill, overlooking the Bay, Blouwberg Strand and the VA Waterfront and only minutes away from the cities major attractions. In the heart of the Lodge, you will be able to relax in our cosy lounge and enjoy the latest magazines & books, enjoy a glas of south african wine while working on your Notebook or warm-up in front of our fire place in the winter. Our main playground is the mediteranien landscaped garden and large pool deck area.
