The accommodation options at Ashanti Lodge Gardens feature everything from camping and dormitory style rooms to doubles/twins and singles with shared facilities as well as stylish rooms with private bathrooms. A twin room will have two single beds whereas a double room has just one double bed. The majority of the en-suite rooms (with private bathrooms) are in our Guest Houses around the corner in Union Street. We have great double en-suite rooms that are fully serviced daily with fresh towels supplied. All of these rooms also have individual electronic safes for your added security. These rooms are located in the Ashanti Guesthouses situated three minutes walk from the main building. For those of you who just love the outdoors and carry your home on your back, no need to come in as we have a small campsite just for you. Obviously, you can make use of all the lodge facilities. Join us in our groovy café bar for some tantalizing cocktails while listening to some soothing tunes, or lie back and relax on our wooden sundeck overlooking the pool and take in the outstanding panoramic views of Table Mountain. Our popular weekly pool competition (Tuesday nights) and all the other activities and events we offer in the Kumasi Cafe make it a central gathering point. Many a decadent night can be spent here partying with fellow travellers and our local staff. We have a full Travel Centre with qualified Travel Consultants who will be able to book anything for you from flights, car rental, bus tickets, and daytrips to exciting Overland expeditions.
