Amberley House offers a unique self catering experience in historic Simonstown situated on the magnificent False Bay coastline and affords superb views over the bay.This 4-5 bedrooms luxury house offers spacious living for 8 adults and is a short walk from the beach. Situated at the front of the house is a private balcony with steps to Jacuzzi and beautiful views over the bay. Extra dinning area inside offers spacious entertaining for 8 people. The patio has a jacuzzi and great views over the bay. Steps lead off the patio onto a lawn area, sun deck and BBQ area. A fully fitted, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.) looks onto a shaded back lawn which has a hammock and reading bench. The house is serviced every 3 days during your stay. If you would like a daily cleaning service, this can be arranged at an additional cost. A personal laundry service can be included in the daily service and full Breakfasts can also be catered if required.Costs will vary according to the number of guests. From local beaches to the world famous Penguin Colony, Amberley House offers you a fantastic base to explore all the delights Cape Town has to offer.
