Terms and Conditions
- The competition is free and anyone may enter, except employees of the sponsors, Cape Town Tourism, their immediate families and their advertising and promotion agencies.
- The question must be answered correctly.
- One entry per person is permitted.
- The competition closes at 12h00 on February 15, 2010, and no late entries will be accepted.
- The draw will take place at Cape Town Tourism before February 22, 2010.
- The winners will be notified via email before March 1, 2010.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is subject to availability, must be redeemed before November 30, 2010, is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- The prize is not valid for any date during June or July 2010.
- All other expenses including visas (if required), food, beverages, medical expenses and any other expenses are not included in the prize and are for the winner’s own account.
- Cape Town Tourism and all sponsors cannot be held liable for any disputes arising between the competition winners or any entrants and Cape Town Tourism.
