The Fan Walk is a 2.6km link between Cape Town Stadium and the FIFA Fan Fest at Grand Parade, outside the City Hall.

The path travels along Darling, Strand, Adderley, Riebeek and Waterkant streets, through to Somerset Road, with dedicated pedestrian paths across Buitengracht Street and Western Boulevard and public squares at St Andrews and the Stadium Forecourt within the Green Point Urban Park.

There will be various forms of live entertainment along the fan walk on the days of the eight matches to be held in Cape Town during the 2010 FIFA World Cup™.

The walk will take around 35 minutes or more, depending what you would like to do along the way.

The Fan Walk will be in use on the days of the eight matches to be played in Cape Town.

Entry fee

Fans can use the FIFA Fan Walk free of charge.

How to get there

The Fan Walk starts at the FIFA Fan Fest in Grand Parade and ends at Cape Town Stadium.
