Overview

The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) will screen all matches on six large screens at no cost.

The CTICC was previously used as the venue for Africa’s Biggest Football party. This event closed on Saturday, June 19. The final peformance was the legendary British DJ Fatboy Slim who performed on Friday, June 18, after England played Algeria at Cape Town Stadium.

The venue is now screening all three matches with no additional entertainment.

Duration of event

The bar and venue will be open from 12 noon until after the last game (23h00) on match days only.

Entry fee

There is no entry fee.

The CTICC is approximately 1km (0.65mi) from the Cape Town Railway Station and main transport hub in Hertzog Boulevard. The walk from either of these points should take less than 20 minutes.

It is approximately 2.5km (1.5mi) from the Cape Town Stadium – this walk should take approximately 30 minutes.

The venue is serviced by a number of metered taxis. If you are travelling in the city centre you can also contact a shared-service or direct Rikki taxi on +27 (0)861 745 547.

The CTICC is on the red route of the City Sightseeing bus, which operates only during the day. Visit http://www.citysightseeing.co.za for more information, or to book your ticket online.

The centre supplies underground parking for 13 000 vehicles.
