The magnificent Cape Town Stadium, which hosted eight 2010 FIFA World Cup™ matches has become a city landmark, eliciting much interest and attention.

The stadium, as well as the Green Point Park outside it, are open for public tours from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 10h00, 12h00 and 14h00.

Here are the rates, provided by the City of Cape Town:

Adults: R45.60
Pensioners: R17.10
Children under 12: R17.10
School Groups: R11.40

Green Point Park Tour
Adults: R34.20
Pensioners: R11.40
Children under 12: R11.40
School Groups: R11.40

Stadium Tour and Green Point Park Tour
Adults: R68.40
Pensioners: R22.80
Children under 12: R22.80
School Groups: R17.10

The stadium tour consists of the entire inside and seating area of the stadium, VIP areas, media facilities, tunnel, pitch, change rooms, warm up rooms and holding cells.

Directions:

From the Green Point traffic circle, take the entrance closest to McDonald’s, and park near the site of the old stadium. Come in via the entry on Granger Bay Boulevard, at entrance C onto the podium.
